If you believe you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or the product is damaged before delivery, please email us at batmanjokes3@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and an unboxing video of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please understand that we are a new startup, trying to establish ourselves to bring new designs for your beautiful homes. We strictly follow a Replacement / Equal Value Voucher Only Policy. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. 

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
